How do the 100 seats work?

Seats are limited to 100. Pre-registering is free, but it doesn't guarantee one: we review every studio before offering a seat.

What does publishing include?

Depending on the game and the agreement: PC release through ISEEKAIGO's Steam and Epic Games accounts, Android and iOS, and go-to-market support. The default revenue share is 10%, set in a written agreement.

Do I keep the rights to my game?

Yes. Pre-registering transfers no rights, and original games are welcome. Any publishing terms, including use of ISEEKAIGO characters, are agreed in writing.

Terms of Service for ISEEKAIGO Protocol

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at protocol.iseekaigo.com (the "Site") and your pre-registration for the ISEEKAIGO Protocol publishing program (the "Program"). They are an agreement between you and ISEEKAIGO ("we", "us"). Please read them with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Site or submitting the pre-registration form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or pre-register. If you act for a studio or company, "you" includes that entity.

2. Who We Are and What This Site Is

ISEEKAIGO is an AI-native game publisher. ISEEKAIGO Protocol is our developer-facing side: a publishing program for indie game developers and studios, with AI game-development tools in research and development.

The Site is informational and describes a Program that is coming soon. It has no accounts, logins, payments or forms of its own; the "Pre-register" button opens a form hosted by Google. A decorative 3D animation runs in your browser and may not work on every device.

3. Eligibility

Anyone may read the Site. Pre-registration is for indie game developers and studios. To pre-register you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. If you apply for a studio or company, you must be authorised to bind it. We may delete applications that do not meet these requirements.

4. Pre-Registration and the First 100 Seats

Pre-registration is free. The first cohort is limited to 100 seats; a seat is a place in that cohort when the Program opens.

Pre-registration does not guarantee a seat, acceptance, publishing, funding, tool access or any other benefit. We review every application and select studios at our sole discretion, using the criteria described on the Site or in the form (for example, AI-assisted development is welcome, but fully AI-generated games are not) and any other criteria we consider relevant, within the limits of law and platform policies. Seats are not first-come, first-served and cannot be bought, reserved or transferred. We may change, pause or cancel the Program, the number of seats or the timeline at any time without liability to you.

Pre-registering creates no partnership, agency or exclusivity: you remain free to talk to other publishers, and we remain free to select other studios.

We may contact you about your application and the Program as our Privacy Policy describes. You may withdraw your application at any time by emailing support@iseekaigo.com.

5. No Offer; Publishing Requires a Written Agreement

Nothing on the Site or in the form is an offer. Any publishing, distribution, funding or investment relationship requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which then governs it.

Revenue share. Our default publishing revenue share is 10%, but terms vary by project and services, and the share, the services and all other commercial terms are set only in the signed agreement.
Distribution. Possible channels include PC through our Steam and Epic Games publishing accounts, Android and iOS through our mobile developer accounts, and embedding in ISEEKAIGO Companion as it expands. Each depends on the game, its technical requirements, platform policies, release approval and the agreement; we do not control platform decisions. Platform names belong to their owners and imply no endorsement.
Funding and other benefits. Mentions of distribution, server infrastructure, revenue share, potential investment or other benefits describe what the Program may offer selected studios under a signed agreement. They are not an offer of investment, financing or grants, and not financial advice.
ISEEKAIGO characters and assets. Studios that publish exclusively with ISEEKAIGO may use our characters and assets commercially only as their agreement allows; original games without ISEEKAIGO IP are welcome. These Terms grant no right to use our characters or assets.

6. Your Submissions

You keep your rights. Submitting the form transfers no ownership of, or rights in, your game, brand or other work to ISEEKAIGO. You confirm that your submission is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that you are not impersonating any person or studio.

Limited permission. You grant ISEEKAIGO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy and review your submission and to share it with the team members and service providers who help us run the Program, in order to evaluate your application, contact you and keep records as our Privacy Policy describes. We will not publish it or use it for other purposes without your permission, except as the law requires.

Not confidential. Pre-registration submissions are not treated as confidential and create no confidentiality or fiduciary obligation. Do not submit trade secrets, source code or anything you would not share without a signed non-disclosure agreement; a short, public-level description is enough.

Independent development. We publish and develop games and tools ourselves and review many applications, and ideas often overlap. We may develop, publish or acquire games or tools that resemble yours without obligation or payment to you, provided we do not use your copyrighted material beyond the permission above.

Feedback. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

7. Our Intellectual Property

ISEEKAIGO or its licensors own the Site and its content, including its design, text, images, animation and code, and the ISEEKAIGO and ISEEKAIGO Protocol names, logos and characters, including Aira. You may view the Site; no other licence is granted, and you may not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise use our names, logos, characters or content without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

send spam, duplicate, bulk or automated submissions, or false, misleading or impersonating applications;
scrape or access the Site by automated means in a way that burdens it, or copy its content into your own site or dataset;
flood or overload the Site or the form, launch denial-of-service attacks, or circumvent rate limits or other restrictions;
probe or scan the Site or related systems for vulnerabilities, interfere with any security feature, or transmit malware;
use the Site or the Program to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

We may rate-limit, block or refuse access and reject or disqualify applications at our discretion, without notice.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The pre-registration form is hosted by Google Forms; when you open it, you leave the Site. Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to the form; our Privacy Policy explains how we use the responses.

The Site links to third-party platforms such as Discord, X, LinkedIn and TikTok, and to our main website at iseekaigo.com. We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for them; their terms apply. Our main website and the ISEEKAIGO Companion app have their own terms.

10. AI Tools in Development

Our AI game-development tools are in research and development and are not available today. We do not promise any feature, date or price, or that they will launch at all; pre-registration does not grant access to them, and any tools we release will have their own terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and the pre-registration process are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted operation. The Program has not launched; details may change or never materialise. We may update, suspend or discontinue the Site at any time. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISEEKAIGO, its affiliates and their personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from the Site, the form, your pre-registration, any decision on an application, any change, pause or cancellation of the Program, or the conduct or content of any third party, including Google and the platforms we link to.

Because the Site and pre-registration are free, if ISEEKAIGO is ever found liable to you, our total liability for all claims relating to them will not exceed US$100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ISEEKAIGO from third-party claims, damages, losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or the form, or false or infringing information you submit. We may control the defence of any such claim, and you will cooperate reasonably.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the Site and reject, disqualify or remove your application at any time, including for a breach of these Terms, without liability to you. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including those on submissions, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law, survive termination.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site or pre-registration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and ISEEKAIGO consent to their jurisdiction. If you live in a country whose mandatory consumer laws give you additional rights, those rights remain.

16. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and ISEEKAIGO about the Site and pre-registration; any agreement you sign with us governs its own subject. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of our business.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms. For material changes we will provide notice, such as by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a new date. Using the Site after that date means you accept the changes; if you have pre-registered and do not agree, you may withdraw your application by emailing support@iseekaigo.com.
