How do the 100 seats work?

Seats are limited to 100. Pre-registering is free, but it doesn't guarantee one: we review every studio before offering a seat.

What does publishing include?

Depending on the game and the agreement: PC release through ISEEKAIGO's Steam and Epic Games accounts, Android and iOS, and go-to-market support. The default revenue share is 10%, set in a written agreement.

Do I keep the rights to my game?

Yes. Pre-registering transfers no rights, and original games are welcome. Any publishing terms, including use of ISEEKAIGO characters, are agreed in writing.

Privacy Policy for ISEEKAIGO Protocol

ISEEKAIGO ("we," "our," or "us") is an AI-native game publisher. ISEEKAIGO Protocol is our developer-facing side: a publishing program for indie game developers and studios (coming soon), with AI game-development tools in research and development. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you visit https://protocol.iseekaigo.com (the "Site") or pre-register for ISEEKAIGO Publishing, how we use it, and your choices.

In short: the Site has no accounts, cookies, analytics or advertising. We handle only standard server logs, the pre-registration form you can choose to fill in, and the emails you send us. We never sell personal information.

1. Introduction

This policy covers the Site (one landing page plus this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service) and the pre-registration form it links to. It does not cover the ISEEKAIGO Companion app or our other products and websites, which have their own policies; Companion's is at iseekaigo.com/privacy-policy. Under laws such as the GDPR, ISEEKAIGO is the controller of the personal information described here.

2. Information We Collect

Website logs

Our hosting infrastructure records standard request logs: your IP address, browser and device type (user agent), the page requested, the referring website, the date and time, and the response status. We use them only for security, abuse prevention and operations. To block abusive traffic, our server also counts requests per client network address; these counters live only in memory, expire within about a minute and are never written to storage. Traffic that exceeds our limits may be blocked.

Pre-registration

The "Pre-register" button opens a Google Form (hosted by Google, not on the Site) titled "ISEEKAIGO Publishing: Game Studio/Indie dev Application". If you complete it, we receive what you enter:

Your name and email address.
Your game title or company name, a short description and the genre of your game.
Your country of origin, or the country of your studio's official headquarters.
How you heard about us (LinkedIn, ISEEKAIGO social media or other).
Optionally, your website and anything else you would like to share.

Required fields are needed to review your application. Google may offer to sign you in to save your progress; that is an optional Google feature, and we do not receive your Google account details through it. Please keep sensitive personal information out of the free-text fields, and mention other people only if you are allowed to share their information with us.

Emails you send us

If you email support@iseekaigo.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message, which we use to respond to you.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

The Site has no accounts, logins, forms, comments, newsletter or payments, and uses no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, social-media widgets or third-party scripts. It sets no cookies and does not use your browser's storage to track you, which is why there is no cookie banner. Fonts are self-hosted on our domain, so your browser never contacts Google Fonts or another font service. The decorative 3D animation runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to:

Operate, secure and maintain the Site, and prevent abuse.
Review applications for the first ISEEKAIGO Publishing cohort, which is limited to 100 seats.
Contact applicants about their application, ISEEKAIGO Publishing and ISEEKAIGO Protocol.
Understand interest in the program and improve it.
Respond to your messages and requests.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Pre-registration is free and does not guarantee a seat or a publishing agreement; people at ISEEKAIGO review every studio, and we make no decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

5. Legal Bases (EEA, UK and Similar Laws)

Where the GDPR, the UK GDPR or a similar law applies, we rely on:

Steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract: reviewing your application and contacting you about it.
Legitimate interests: operating and securing the Site, improving the program, answering your messages and keeping applicants informed. You can object at any time.
Consent, where the law requires it, for example for certain marketing emails. You can withdraw it at any time.
Legal obligations: complying with the laws that apply to us.

6. How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only:

With service providers. Google hosts the Site (Firebase App Hosting on Google Cloud) and provides the pre-registration form (Google Forms and Google Sheets), and an email provider runs our mailbox. They process it on our behalf under agreements that limit how they may use it; see the Google Privacy Policy.
For legal reasons, when we believe the law or a lawful request requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of ISEEKAIGO, applicants or others.
In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to protect your information in line with this policy.

7. International Transfers

Our service providers, including Google, may store and process your information outside your country, including in the United States, and our team may access it from where we operate. Where personal information leaves the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on safeguards recognized by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses or transfers to countries and frameworks recognized as adequate.

8. Data Retention

Website logs are kept by our hosting infrastructure for a limited period and then deleted automatically. Rate-limit counters expire within about a minute and are never stored.
Pre-registration responses are kept while we review applications for the first cohort and for twelve months after it is selected, so we can tell applicants about later cohorts, and in any case no longer than 24 months after submission, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we enter into an agreement with you, which then governs retention.
Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless the law requires longer.

9. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical and physical measures to help protect your personal information. The Site and the Google Form use encrypted HTTPS connections, and only the people at ISEEKAIGO who review applications and run the program can access pre-registration responses. However, no security measures are perfect, and no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed against interception or misuse.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access and receive a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our processing (including direct marketing), receive it in a portable format, withdraw consent where we rely on it, and complain to a data protection authority, such as the supervisory authority where you live or work in the EEA or UK.

If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you also have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to delete and correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use sensitive personal information in ways that would trigger a right to limit. Because the Site does not track visitors across websites, "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals have nothing to switch off.

To exercise any right, email support@iseekaigo.com; the Site has no accounts, so email is how to make a request. We may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by writing from the email address you pre-registered with, and we will respond within the time applicable law requires. To stop hearing from us, reply to any email we send.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site and the pre-registration form are for game developers and studios, not children. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to pre-register. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a child has given us some, contact us at support@iseekaigo.com and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site links to services we do not control: iseekaigo.com, our Discord server, our X, LinkedIn and TikTok profiles, and the Google Form. Each has its own privacy policy, which governs what it collects, so please read it before using the service.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by posting a notice on the Site or emailing people who have pre-registered.
